Through experience, Accent has established a seven phased implementation approach entitled Client Implementation Process (CLIP). During CLIP Accent works with our clients to determine any specific business and data requirements associated with your business.

Once these requirements have been outlined, Accent will complete a functional specification document which will outline all process and data needs as well as how Accent will accommodate those needs in the permanent process. This document also often serves as a handy reference tool for our clients.

CLIP helps Accent achieve our corporate and client implementation goals by identifying the individuals associated with each task and holding them accountable for maintaining scope control, providing management teams with a clear plan for critical milestones and providing multiple references for critical deliverables in a systematic manner. In essence, CLIP minimizes surprises and keeps the implementation on schedule.
