CLIP - Client Implementation Process

Accent offers a fresh approach to service implementations using our Client Implementation Process (CLIP).

CLIP was developed using proven project management processes and Six Sigma methodology.CLIP, refers to a methodology for implementing new and/or existing clients, provides a consistent framework of tasks and deliverables needed for successful implementation. This methodology guides and tracks a project through seven phases: initiation, requirements analysis, design, development, integration testing, go live, and post-implementation follow-up.

The time frame for an implementation is largely dependent upon the results of an implementation “kick-off” meeting where Accent leads our clients through the business requirements, understanding of expectations, and the development of data transfer and system connectivity.

CLIP helps Accent achieve our corporate and client implementation goals by applying a standard methodology based upon best practices from all industries, identifying the individuals associated with each task and holding them accountable for maintaining scope control, providing management teams with a clear plan for critical milestones, and providing multiple references for critical deliverables in a systematic manner. In essence, CLIP minimizes surprises and keeps the implementation on schedule.
