AIG creates proprietary models through which our clients’ account information will be continuously processed. The resulting “scores” ensure optimal account yield, right party contacts, and promises to pay.
After scoring, AIG determines the number and frequency of account contacts. New treatments are analyzed for continuous improvement. Not all treatments work for all clients, and that’s why AIG believes in optimization and the Champion-Challenger approach.
AIG and our Operations department work closely as scored accounts reach the automated dialer system for an established treatment schedule. Our fully automated dialer system provides our recovery specialists with a work-in-progress (WIP) pool that is determined by AIG’s scoring models. These WIP's result in accelerated recoveries to our clients.
