In order to better analyze our client’s data Accent has invested heavily in a new research and development team.

This team continuously analyzes our client’s data which allows for the discovery of new ways to mine and find overpayments. They are a service department within Operations, working in tandem with our customers in Overpayment Identification, Recovery, Client Relations, Business Development, and IT. Research and Development's primary functions include the following:

• New Edit Development and Deployment
• Existing Edit Maintenance
• Existing Edit  Enhancements
• Client Implementation Support
• Mapping
• Impact Analysis
• Edit Deployment
• Training on New Edits
• Suppressions/Restrictions/Lag Times  

Research and Development's goal is to create bench strength in knowledge by arming the right teams with the right information to manage and drive our business.

Each of Accent’s clients are assigned their own dedicated Research and Development contact. This allows the Research and Development contact to become increasingly knowledgeable about their assigned client’s business.
