By entrenching themselves in the business processes of their clients, they often know as much about client internal business practices as the client themselves. The result of this is informed decision making and a truly collaborative partnership. The success of our account management strategy is evidenced by our extensive client list and length of our client relationships.
Accent’s account management structure is overseen by the Vice President of Business Development. This individual is tasked with managing our client inventory, ensuring that each individual client has a strategy that ensures success for the client based on the client’s definition of success. The client also has a dedicated Senior Account Manager, assisted by an Account Manager.
The role of these individuals is to constantly monitor the client’s business through the use of management reporting data that provides information on key performance metrics. The Senior Account Manager and the Account Managers oversee the day-to-day relationship, provide regular performance updates, offer proposals to increase efficiency, handle questions and provide special queries when necessary.
Our account management structure also includes an account management team which contains a representative from each department within Accent (e.g. Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) These regular team meetings are important because it provides the forum for each department to communicate their activities in meeting client objectives and driving the account forward.
